Hallibut In Ginger Sauce

  1. Lightly brown leeks for 1 minutes then set aside
  2. PAN FRIED FISH
  3. Pan fried fish then drain and set aside
  4. STIR FRY
  5. In pan with 2 tbsp oil saute pounded ginger till lightly brown and fragrance then add sauce and stir vigorously to mix well then off heat
  6. Add pan fried fish and leeks with red chili pepper and coat well then serve

fillet, peri peri chili sauce, soy sauce, soy sauce, ginger
