Hazel's Sour Cream Raisin Pie Recipe
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3 egg yolks
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1 c. raisins
- 1 pie shell (unbaked)
- 3 egg whites
- 6 tbsp. sugar
- Mix sugar, cinnamon, salt and slightly beaten egg yolks, then stir in lowfat sour cream and raisins.
- Pour into 9-inch unbaked pie shell.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 50 min, or possibly till set.
- Top pie with meringue made with egg whites and sugar.
- Mound onto pie and bake till golden brown.
