Curried Salmon Over Rice Recipe

• 1 (15 1/2 ounce.) can liquid removed salmon
• 1/3 c. minced green onion
• 1 1/2 teaspoon curry pwdr
• 2 tbsp. butter
• 1 c. lowfat sour cream
• 4 c. warm cooked rice

1. In a small saucepan saute/fry onions in butter.
2. Add in curry pwdr.
3. Stir in lowfat sour cream and gently mix in salmon.
4. Heat thoroughly, but don't boil.
5. Serve over warm cooked rice.
