SpinachAnd Egg Soup

• 2 large egg
• 1 dash fish sauce
• 1 pinch salt & pepper
• 1 liter stock or water
• 1 tbsp garlic and onion
• 4 cup Spinach
• 2 tbsp wolfberry / dried goji berries

1. fry garlic and onion
2. add water
3. once water boil add egg one by one dont stir
4. add spinach
5. add fish sauce ,salt and peeper
6. off heat top wolfberry
7. serve hot
