JELL-O Fruited Squares
- 2 pkg. (10.1 g) Jell-O No Sugar Added Strawberry Jelly Powder
- 1-1/2 cups boiling water
- 1 cup cold water
- 2 cups Cool Whip or Cool Whip Light Whipped Topping, thawed
- 1 can (14 oz / 398 mL) fruit cocktail in fruit juice or light syrup, drained
- DISSOLVE jelly powder in boiling water.
- Combine cold water and ice cubes to make 2 cups.
- Add to jelly and stir until slightly thickened; remove any unmelted ice.
- Measure 1 cup jelly and fold into whipped topping; pour into a 8-inch pan.
- ARRANGE fruit on creamy layer.
- Spoon remaining jelly over fruit.
- Chill until firm, about 3 hours.
- Cut into 9 squares.
