Highly Nutritious Hot Banana Milkshake
- 1 Banana
- 150 grams Milk
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 1 Egg yolk
- 1 dash Vanilla essence
- 1 Cinnamon powder
- This tastes best when you use a really ripe banana.
- Break up the banana with your hands and add the slices to a bowl.
- Mash with a fork until pureed.
- Add the milk, sugar and egg yolk to the bowl, and mix with a whisk.
- Put the mixture in a pan.
- Cook over a low heat and stir until thickened.
- Alternatively, you can just keep agitating the pan as it cooks.
- However, be sure to do once or the other or else it'll solidify!
- If you like, sprinkle cinnamon powder on top before drinking.
- If you're suffering from a cold, try adding in a little bit of rum or brandy.
- Drink it just before you go to bed, and you'll fall asleep no problem.
