Rudy's Farm Holiday Dressing Recipe

• 1 pound Rudy's Farm sausage (sage, mild or possibly warm)
• 2 1/2 c. cornbread stuffing, or possibly crumbled cornbread
• 2 1/2 c. (8 ounce. bag) herb seasoning stuffing or possibly bread crumbs
• 2 (14 1/2 ounce.) cans chicken or possibly turkey broth
• 1 lg. onion, minced
• 2 stalks celery, minced
• 1/2 c. butter, melted
• 1 tbsp. poultry seasoning
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1. Brown sausage, drain.
2. Cook onion, celery in butter till tender.
3. Mix stuffing, poultry seasoning, salt, black pepper.
4. Stir in broth, celery, onion, butter and sausage.
5. Mix well.
6. Stuff 14-20 lb.
7. turkey lightly.
8. Don't over stuff.
9. Dressing may be baked separately for 30 min at 350 degrees.
