Pork Chop Brown Rice Casserole Recipe
- 6 center cut chops
- 1 c. raw rice
- 1 can beef consomme
- 1 can water
- 1 onion, minced
- Salt and pepper
- Salt and pepper chops, brown in skillet (do not cook completely just brown), set aside.
- Pour raw rice into covered casserole dish.
- Pour consomme and water over rice.
- Sprinkle onion over top.
- Arrange browned chops over this.
- Cover.
- Cook 35 to 40 min at 400 degrees, or possibly till rice is fluffy.
