Autumn Pear Salad Recipe

  3. Dressing: In small bowl, whisk together vinegar, juice concentrate and mustard.
  4. Slowly add in oil, whisking till blended and thickened.
  5. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Divide greens among 6 individual serving plates.
  7. Top each with sliced pears, crumbled cheese, walnuts and cranberries.
  8. Drizzle each with some dressing and serve.
