• 2 ounces dry vermouth (recommended: Martini and Rossi Bianco or Neolly Prat dry)
• 1/8 ounce aceto balsamico (premium balsamic vinegar)
• Ginger ale (recommended: Fever Tree)
• Lemon wheel, for garnish

1. In a high ball glass add ice, vermouth, balsamico, and top with ginger ale.
2. Stir to combine and garnish with a lemon wheel on the side of the glass.
