Steak Fajita Wraps
- 4 100-calorie whole wheat tortillas
- 12 oz. cooked flank steak
- 1 c. prepared salsa
- 1 c. Sliced avocado
- 1/2 c. shredded reduced-fat Cheddar
- 4 medium apples or pears
- Heat the tortillas in the microwave until soft, about 10 seconds.
- Top each tortilla with 3 ounces sliced flank steak, 1/4 cup each salsa and sliced avocado and 2 tablespoons cheese.
- Wrap the tortilla around the fillings.
- Heat in a nonstick skillet, toaster oven or microwave, or serve cold.
- Serve with medium apples or pears.
