Family Classic Meatloaf

  1. Preheat oven to 350 c.
  2. Mix meat, 1/2 cup of soup, stuffing mix, egg, onion, and thyme.
  3. Press evenly into 8 x 4 inch loaf pan sprayed with cooking spray.
  4. Bake for 55 minutes.
  5. Heat remaining soup and chili sauce in small sauce pan
  6. Spoon over meatloaf just before serving
  7. Note: I omit chili sauce and just put soup over meatloaf before baking.
