Carne Asada Tacos
- 1 12-2 lbs flank steaks
- 13 cup vinegar
- 12 cup soy sauce
- 12 cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 -2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 12 teaspoons oregano
- 2 limes, juiced
- 4 -5 garlic cloves, minced
- corn or flour tortilla
- cheese
- guacamole
- sour cream
- pico de gallo
- In a gallon size Ziploc bag, combine all ingredients with flank steak and mix really well.
- Let marinate for at least 6 hours - overnight if you can.
- Grill steak until desired degree of doneness.
- LET SIT FOR AT LEAST 5-10 MINUTES!
- Once the meat has cooled, slice ACROSS grain into small chunks.
- Serve on warmed tortillas with toppings of your choice!
