Carne Asada Tacos

  1. In a gallon size Ziploc bag, combine all ingredients with flank steak and mix really well.
  2. Let marinate for at least 6 hours - overnight if you can.
  3. Grill steak until desired degree of doneness.
  4. LET SIT FOR AT LEAST 5-10 MINUTES!
  5. Once the meat has cooled, slice ACROSS grain into small chunks.
  6. Serve on warmed tortillas with toppings of your choice!
  7. Enjoy!
