Super Chocolate Chunk Jumbles
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. MAXWELL HOUSE Instant Coffee Walgreens $6.99 thru 02/06
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/2 tsp. almond extract
- 1 cup flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 cups chopped PLANTERS Slivered Almonds, toasted
- 1-1/2 cups dried fruit bits
- 3 oz. BAKER'S Bittersweet Chocolate, chopped
- 3 oz. BAKER'S White Chocolate, chopped
- Heat oven to 350F.
- Beat butter and sugars in large bowl with mixer on medium speed until light and fluffy.
- Dissolve coffee in egg; beat in egg mixture and extract.
- Mix in flour, baking soda and salt.
- Stir in remaining ingredients.
- Drop rounded tablespoonfuls of dough, 1-1/2 inches apart, onto baking sheets.
- Bake 10 to 12 min.
- or until golden brown.
- Cool on baking sheet 2 min.
- Remove to wire racks; cool completely.
