Peanut Butter-Chocolate Mousse

  1. Place all the ingredients into a food processor, slowly drizzling in the soy milk.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Spoon into 5 serving dishes, and refrigerate.
  4. Chill for 1 to 2 hours before serving.
