Provincal (Provencial) Chicken

  1. In a slow cooker, combine chicken, tomatoes, zucchini, soup, vinegar, onion and herbs.
  2. Cover and cook on low setting for 6 to 8 hours.
  3. Remove chicken, cut into bite-size pieces and return to slow cooker.
  4. Stir in cheese and sour cream; cover and cook for an additional 15 minutes.
  5. To serve, spoon over cooked pasta.
