Blackberry Crumble
- 4 cup Fresh blackberries
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 3 tbsp Cornstarch
- 1/2 cup Old-fashioned oates
- 1/2 cup All-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup Butter, cut into small pieces
- 1/4 cup Firmly packed light brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp Ground cinnamon
- 1 Ice cream (optional)
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Spray a 9 x 6 oval baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, combine blackberries, sugar, and cornstarch.
- Pour into prepared dish.
- In a work bowl of a food processor, place oats, flour, butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon; process until mixture is crumbly.
- Sprinkle oat mixture over blackberries.
- Bake for 45 minutes or until lightly browned and bubbly.
- Let stand 10 minutes.
- Serve with ice cream, if desired.
