Blackberry Crumble

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Spray a 9 x 6 oval baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  3. In a large bowl, combine blackberries, sugar, and cornstarch.
  4. Pour into prepared dish.
  5. In a work bowl of a food processor, place oats, flour, butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon; process until mixture is crumbly.
  6. Sprinkle oat mixture over blackberries.
  7. Bake for 45 minutes or until lightly browned and bubbly.
  8. Let stand 10 minutes.
  9. Serve with ice cream, if desired.
