Lemon Garlic Pasta
- 1 lb. pasta
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp. red pepper flakes
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh Italian parsley
- Black pepper and salt to taste
- Cook pasta as directed; drain and set aside.
- Heat oil in medium skillet over medium heat.
- Cook garlic and red pepper flakes until fragranat, about 5 minutes.
- Turn off heat and add pasta, lemon juice, salt, pepper and parsley.
- Toss well to coat and serve.
