Meatloaf Patties Recipe

• 2 lbs. grnd beef
• 1 pkg. meatloaf mix
• 2 Large eggs
• 1/2 c. crushed crackers
• Flour
• 2 tbsp. vegetable oil

1. Mix beef with meatloaf mix, Large eggs and crackers.
2. Shape into patties.
3. Coat each pattie with flour and fry in oil over medium heat till done, turning occasionally.
