Lobster Salad (Fish Tacos)
- 4 lbs cooked lobsters
- 14 cup zucchini, diced
- 14 cup celery, diced
- 2 teaspoons milk
- 1 teaspoon mayonnaise
- 1 garlic clove
- 12 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- salt
- pepper
- Cook you lobsters and remove all of the meat.
- When I use this for tacos I break up the meat pretty small.
- Chill the lobster in the refrigerator for about 30 mins to an hour then add the other ingredients to the lobster meat in a bowl and mix.
- I use small flour tortillas and a pico de gallo with plenty of lime to make my tacos.
