Southwestern Potato Salad Recipe

  1. Boil potatoes till just done.
  2. Don't over cook.
  3. Cold, peel and cut into cubes.
  4. Combine potatoes, and remaining vegetables.
  5. Combine oil, vinegar, lime juice, and spices.
  6. Pour over vegetables and toss.
  7. Chill.
  8. Make 6-8 servings.
