Seafood Fettucini for 2
- 1 -2 tablespoon clarified butter
- flour
- 3 ounces cod, pieces
- 21 -25 prawns
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 14 teaspoon white pepper
- 1 -2 ounce white wine
- 4 ounces bay shrimp, cooked
- 2 -3 ounces crab legs, cooked
- 4 ounces heavy cream
- 12 ounces fettuccine, cooked
- parmesan cheese
- minced fresh dill
- Heat saute pan and add clarified butter.
- Flour cod and prawns and add to saute pan, saute and turn.
- Add minced garlic, salt, and white pepper, and saute until garlic turns white.
- Deglaze with white wine and saute 1 minute longer.
- Add bay shrimp, crab legs, heavy cream and cooked pasta.
- Saute until heated through and season to taste.
- Place on plates and garnish with parmesan cheese and dill.
- Great with fresh green beans and garlic bread.
