Dolly's Pie Crust Recipe

  1. Refrigeratebefore rolling.
  2. (9 inch) 2 crust.
  3. 9 inch pie shell.
  4. Blend flour, sugar and salt.
  5. Cut in lard till particles are the size of peas.
  6. Beat egg, blend in vinegar and cool water.
  7. Sprinkle over flour mix 1 Tbsp.
  8. at a time, tossing with a fork to mix.
  9. Gather dough together with fingers to create a ball.
  10. I prefer not to refrigeratethe dough before rolling.
