Grilled Chili Fries
- 1 (28-ounce) bag frozen steak fries, thawed (recommended: Ore-Ida)
- 2 tablespoons canola oil
- 1 tablespoon chili seasoning (recommended: McCormick's)
- BBQ sauce, for serving
- Set up grill for direct cooking over medium heat.
- Oil grate when ready to start cooking.
- On a baking sheet, toss to coat fries, oil and chili seasoning.
- Place fries on hot, oiled grill and cook 3 to 5 minutes per side.
- Serve hot with your favorite BBQ sauce for dipping.
- INDOOR: Preheat broiler.
- Place FROZEN fries on foil-lined baking sheet.
- Toss to coat with oil and chili seasoning.
- Broil fries for 8 to 12 minutes, turning once, or until desired degree of crispness.
