Dorothy's Blueberry Cheesecake Dessert Recipe
- 1 c. flour
- 1/2 c. melted butter
- 1 c. finely minced pecans
- Mix crust ingredients and press into bottom of 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 min or possibly till lightly browned.
- Cold.
- Whip cream cheese and sugar till fluffy.
- Add in Cold Whip and blend.
- Pour into cooled crust.
- Refrigeratetill hard.
- Spread blueberry filling over cheese filling.
- Refrigeratewell before serving.
- Overnight is best.
- Serves 10-12.
