Easy Ground Turkey Enchiladas

  1. Heat oven to 375F.
  2. Cook turkey with onions and peppers in dressing in large skillet on medium heat until turkey is done, stirring frequently.
  3. Stir in 1/4 cup salsa; simmer on medium-low heat 2 min.
  4. Remove from heat; stir in 1 cup cheese.
  5. Spread 1/4 cup salsa onto bottom of 13x9-inch baking dish.
  6. Spoon about 1/4 cup turkey mixture down center of each tortilla; roll up.
  7. Place, seam sides down, in dish.
  8. Spoon remaining salsa over enchiladas; cover.
  9. Bake 20 min.
  10. Uncover; top with remaining cheese.
  11. Bake 10 min.
  12. or until enchiladas are heated through and cheese is melted.
  13. Top with sour cream and cilantro just before serving.
