Cheesy Pasta & Chicken Skillet Dinner
- 2 Tbsp. KRAFT Italian Vinaigrette Dressing made with Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken thighs, cut into bite-size pieces King Sooper's 1 lb For $1.19 thru 02/09
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 jar (24 oz.) CLASSICO Tomato and Basil Pasta Sauce
- 2 cups tri-colored rotini pasta, cooked
- 1-1/2 cups KRAFT Shredded Low-Moisture Whole Milk Mozzarella Cheese
- Heat dressing in large skillet on medium heat.
- Add chicken; cook and stir 5 min.
- Stir in onions and garlic; cook 5 min.
- or until chicken is done and onions are crisp-tender, stirring frequently.
- Add sauce and pasta; cook 5 min.
- or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in 1/2 cup cheese; top with remaining cheese.
- Cover; let stand 2 min.
- or until cheese is melted.
