Smoked Sausage Jambalaya Recipe

  1. Heat in large skillet, sausage, onion, green pepper and celery, saute/fry till tender.
  2. Add in tomatoes, warm sauce and pepper.
  3. Stir rice into sausage mix.
  4. Cook over low heat, stirring frequently till thoroughly heated.
  5. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
