Bears on Cloud-Nine
- 2 cups boiling water
- 2 pkg. (85 g each) Jell-O Strawberry Jelly Powder
- 4 cups ice cubes
- 1 pkg. (60 g) Maynards Original Gummies
- Add boiling water to jelly powders in medium bowl; stir 2 min.
- until completely dissolved.
- Add ice; stir 2 to 3 min.
- or until jelly is slightly thickened.
- Remove any unmelted ice.
- Pour all but 3/4 cup jelly into 12 (5-oz.)
- clear plastic cups.
- Beat remaining jelly with mixer on high speed 30 sec.
- or until fluffy and doubled in volume.
- Spoon over jelly in cups.
- Refrigerate 30 min.
- or until firm.
- Top with Gummies.
