Chai Toddy

  1. Bring chai tea concentrate and milk to a simmer over medium-low heat.
  2. Stir in star anise to flavor.
  3. Remove from heat.
  4. In a mug add brandy and butterscotch liqueur.
  5. Pour chai tea mixture into mug.
  6. Stir slightly and dust with crushed graham cracker.
