Yogurt Berry Pie

  1. Heat oven to 300F.
  2. Combine all crust ingredients in bowl.
  3. Press mixture evenly onto bottom and up sides of ungreased 9-inch glass pie pan.
  4. Bake 15-20 minutes or until crust is evenly browned.
  5. Cool 30 minutes.
  6. Combine strawberries, sugar and yogurt in bowl.
  7. Beat chilled whipping cream in chilled bowl at high speed 3-4 minutes or until stiff peaks form.
  8. Gently stir into strawberry mixture.
  9. Spoon strawberry mixture into cooled crust.
  10. Cover; freeze 8 hours or overnight until firm.
  11. Remove from freezer 30 minutes before serving.
  12. Cut into wedges.
