Brussels Sprouts With Chestnut Butter

  1. Mix butter, garlic, zest and nutmeg and beat together.
  2. Chop chestnuts and add to butter.
  3. Place on cling film and make into a sausage shape.
  4. Chill until needed.
  5. Cook sprouts for 8 - 10 mins in boiling salted water until tender.
  6. Drain and serve topped with the butter.
