Tender Roasted Potatoes

  1. In a large bowl, toss potatoes with oil.
  2. Place potatoes on greased baking sheet, in single layer.
  3. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
  4. Meanwhile in a small bowl combine the horseradish, mustard and butter.
  5. Spoon over potatoes and toss to coat.
  6. Bake 5 - 7 minutes longer or until tender.
