Cheesy gluten free crackers
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup brown rice flour
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp melted coconut oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 3 tbsp finely grated cheese
- 1 tbsp dried chives
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- pinch of salt
- Preheat oven to 350
- Mix together flours, nutritional yeast, onion powder, chives, cheese, and salt.
- Add egg, coconut oil, and lemon juice to the dry mixture.
- Kneed the dough until it comes together and forms a ball.
- You may need to add some water.
- Roll in between two sheets of parchment.
- Roll thin for crisp crackers.
- Cut into shapes and place on parchment covered baking pans.
- Bake for 5 minutes on each side or until the edges are golden.
- Bake time varies depending on the thickness of the crackers.
- Let the crackers cool and serve.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
