Frozen Philly Dessert
- 500g block PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
- 1 cup cream, lightly whipped
- 4 x 55g eggs, separated, whites whipped stiffly
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 1/2 cup caster sugar
- Topping
- Raspberries or strawberries
- Beat the Philly* until smooth, beat in cream and egg yolks, fold in remaining ingredients.
- Pour mixture into a 23cm fluted ring tin and freeze until firm.
- Invert onto serving dish and decorate with berries.
