Creamy mints

• 1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese (room temperature)
• 2 -3 drops peppermint extract
• food coloring
• 2 12 cups powdered sugar

1. Place all ingredients in bowl, mixing well.
2. Knead for 10 minutes.
3. Roll small ball in granulated sugar and press in mold.
