Glazed Blueberry Pie Recipe

  1. Soften cream cheese and spread in the bottom of the cooked pie shell.
  2. Spread 3 c. of blueberries on cream cheese.
  3. Combine 1 c. blueberries and water; bring to a boil.
  4. Simmer 2 min.
  5. Combine sugar and cornstarch; add in cooked blueberries.
  6. Cook till thick and clear.
  7. Cold slightly and add in lemon juice.
  8. Pour over berries in shell.
  9. Refrigerate1 hour before serving.
