Cider Butter Sauce
- 3/4 cup sweet apple cider
- 4 tablespoons butter at room temperature
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon Calvados
- In a small saucepan add the cider, bring to a boil and simmer until reduced to 2/3 cup.
- Remove from heat.
- Swirl in the butter, and add lemon juice and Calvados.
- Serve with crepes.
