Fried vegetables

  1. Add cabbage and spring onions in a bowl and stir well.
  2. Add rice flour and wheat flour in,mix it very well.
  3. Add water and Ground ingredients,stir well.
  4. Heat oil in a pan and then add a tablespoon vegetables batter,fry until golden brown.
  5. Bakwan(fried vegetables) ready to serve.
  6. Is good to eat it when it still hot.
  7. Enjoy
