Pork Rinds - Baked ham or pork skin
- Skin from uncooked pork shoulder roast or smoked ham
- Remove skin from ham or fresh pork shoulder.
- Cut into 1 inch squares.
- Bake at 325 degrees (175 C.) for about 45 minutes or until done to your liking.
