Two Crust Peach Pie Recipe

  1. Mix till crumbly.
  2. Add in 1/2 c. water gradually as you mix with hands till dough stays together in a ball.
  3. Do not add in too much water so dough doesn't become too sticky.
  4. Separate into 2 equal parts, roll out bottom crust on lightly floured surface and place into 9 inch pie pan.
  5. Roll out top crust and set aside till needed.
