Cowboy Onions

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Secure onion slices with toothpicks to retain shape.
  3. Brush with oil; set aside.
  4. Mix mustard and chili powder; set aside.
  5. Grill onions 4 to 5 minutes each side or until crisp-tender and well glazed, brushing occasionally with the mustard mixture.
  6. Remove and discard toothpicks.
