Beef and Miso Vegetable Stir Fry
- 150 grams Beef (sliced)
- 3 leaves Cabbage
- 2 Green peppers
- 1/3 Carrot
- 3 tbsp Miso
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tbsp Mirin
- 1 tbsp Sake
- 1 tbsp Roasted sesame seeds
- Chop the beef and vegetables into easy-to-eat sizes.
- Mix all the seasonings.
- Heat some oil (not listed) in a frying pan over a strong flame.
- Fry the beef.
- When it has browned, add the vegetables.
- When everything is well coated in oil, add the mixed seasonings.
- When they have simmered and everything is well mixed, it's done.
