Beef and Miso Vegetable Stir Fry

  1. Chop the beef and vegetables into easy-to-eat sizes.
  2. Mix all the seasonings.
  3. Heat some oil (not listed) in a frying pan over a strong flame.
  4. Fry the beef.
  5. When it has browned, add the vegetables.
  6. When everything is well coated in oil, add the mixed seasonings.
  7. When they have simmered and everything is well mixed, it's done.
