Groom's Chocolate Biscuit Cake

  1. Line bottom of 7-inch springform pan with parchment; spray with cooking spray.
  2. Microwave 4 oz.
  3. chocolate and butter in medium microwaveable bowl on MEDIUM 1-1/2 min.
  4. or until butter is melted; stir until chocolate is completely melted.
  5. Add sugar and egg; mix well.
  6. Stir in biscuit pieces; spoon into prepared pan.
  7. Press firmly into pan with back of spatula.
  8. Refrigerate 3 hours or until firm.
  9. Run spatula around rim of cake to loosen; remove rim.
  10. Invert cake onto wire rack placed over parchment-covered baking sheet.
  11. Remove bottom of pan and parchment.
  12. Microwave remaining oz.
  13. chocolate in microwaveable bowl 2 min.
  14. or until completely melted, stirring after each minute.
  15. Slowly pour over cake; smooth top and side with spatula.
  16. Let stand 1 hour.
  17. Transfer cake to plate before serving.
