Rice crispy rubble chicken recipe

  1. Preheat the oven to 200C/gas mark 6 and line a shallow baking sheet with baking parchment.
  2. Put the cereal in a food bag and crush roughly.
  3. Now add the paprika, cumin, thyme and salt and mix well.
  4. Pour onto a plate.
  5. Mix together the garlic, lemon juice and mayonnaise in a separate bowl.
  6. Coat the chicken strips in a thin layer of the mayonnaise mix.
  7. Toss them in the cereal mix and put on the baking sheet one at a time.
  8. Bake for 1520 minutes until golden, turning half way through cooking.
  9. Serve with a dollop of tomato ketchup, recklessness and napkins and dont even attempt any healthy side-dish token gestures.
  10. Enjoy!
