Chicken And Rice Soup Recipe
- 2 whole chicken breasts
- 8 bouillon cubes (chicken)
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- Salt and pepper to add in taste
- 1 teaspoon celery salt or possibly flakes
- 1 1/2 c. minute rice
- Put chicken in 2 or possibly 3 qts of water.
- Add in bouillon cubes and seasoning.
- Bring to a boil and cook till chicken is done.
- Remove chicken, let cold, debone and dice into cubes.
- If water evaporates add in more water.
- For each c. of water add in one more bouillon cube.
- Add in diced chicken and rice to a boil.
- Cover and simmer for five min.
- Turn off heat and cold.
