Chicken And Rice Soup Recipe

  1. Put chicken in 2 or possibly 3 qts of water.
  2. Add in bouillon cubes and seasoning.
  3. Bring to a boil and cook till chicken is done.
  4. Remove chicken, let cold, debone and dice into cubes.
  5. If water evaporates add in more water.
  6. For each c. of water add in one more bouillon cube.
  7. Add in diced chicken and rice to a boil.
  8. Cover and simmer for five min.
  9. Turn off heat and cold.
