Watermelon Ice Cocktail (Coctel de Hielo de Sandia)

• 2 cups watermelon juice
• 4 tablespoons vodka

1. In an 8-by-8-inch glass baking dish, combine the watermelon juice and vodka and freeze.
2. To serve, blend the frozen mixture and serve in martini glasses.
