Major's JiffyTM raspberry corn muffins

  1. pre heat oven to 400
  2. grease muffin tin
  3. mix eggs & buttermilk
  4. add muffin mix to wet ingredients
  5. mix well, 3-4 min on high with mixer
  6. gently stir in raspberries
  7. fill muffin tins 1/2 full
  8. bake 15-20 minutes
  9. for a sweet crusty top sprinkle with sugar before baking
  10. blueberries also work well for this
