Fried Cookies - No Bake
- 1 12 cups flour (same as we use for baking)
- 12 cup semolina
- 14 cup vegetable oil
- 14 cup milk
- 1 12 cups sugar (finely grounded)
- 14 cup vegetable oil
- 2 teaspoons cornflour (dissolved in 1 cup water)
- 2 cups oil (for frying)
- Sieve fine flour & semonila.
- add castor sugar, oil and milk time to time to form a hard dough.
- you might need more or lesser then 1/4 cup of milk.
- keep dough a side for 30 minutes.
- roll the dough around 1/4" thick cut it in your desired shape.
- dip it in corn flour mixture and deep fry on moderate hot oil untill golden brown.
- take care that oil should not become too hot in any time, it will darken the cookies.
- store in air tight container or serve by sprinkling castor sugar.
