Blueberry Marshmallow Dessert Recipe
- 18 graham crackers, crushed
- 1/4 c. white sugar
- 1/4 c. butter
- 28 lg. marshmallows
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1 c. cream, whipped
- 1 can blueberry pie mix
- Walnuts
- Mix graham crackers, sugar, and butter.
- Put into a 9 x 13 pan.
- Heat marshmallows and lowfat milk in double boiler.
- Cold.
- Whip cream and add in to the marshmallow mix.
- Pour 1/2 of the mix over the crust.
- Cover with the blueberry pie mix.
- Spread rest of the marshmallow mix over the filling.
- Top with walnuts.
